Mae staff uwchradd y feithrin wedi penderfynnu newid trefn diwedd dydd y feithrin yn dilyn asesiad risg diweddar. Bydden yn ddiolchgar o’ch cyd-weithrediad I weithredu y drefn newydd a bydd unrhyw farn neu ymateb gennych yn cael ei werthfawrogi. Gwnewch eich hunain yn ymwybodol or gwybodaeth canlynol os gwelwch yn dda.
Bydd drysau’r ystafelloedd wedi cau a bydd aelodau staff yn goruchwylio y plant yn ystod gweithgeraddau gan gadw I’r ratio oedolion I blant.
Mae’r staff yn frwdfrydig I sgwrsio a chi am weithgareddau’r dydd ond mae’n bwysig cysidro pa mor brysyr yw’r staff ar ddiwedd y dydd. Mae rhaid I’r staff aros o fewn y ratio’s er mwyn sicrhau awyrgylch ddiogel I’r plant. Os dymunwch sgwrs ynglyn a gofal eich plentyn, datblygiad neu unrhyw achosion eraill peidiwch ac oedi I wneud apwyntiad gyda unrhyw aelod o staff.
Bydd aelod staff uwchradd yn cael eu penodi I ateb y drws a rheoli’r amser.
Bydd rhieni yn cael eu annog I fynd I fewn I’r ystafelloedd I gasglu eu plentyn/plant yn enwedig os oes nifer o rieni allan yn y cyntedd.
O mis yma ymlaen bydden yn trealu trefn newydd efo’r bagiau a cotiau. Rhagor o wybodaeth I ddilyn.
NODYN YCHWANEGOL:
Cyn 5 or gloch mae’r babis (6mi-2ml) yn dal I fod lan llofft, er mwyn sicrhau hylendid a gan gysidro rheoli afiechydon rydym yn gofyn I rieni dynnu eu esgidiau cyn mynd I fewn I’r ystafell pinc lan llofft. Mae disgwyl I’r staff wisgo sliperi o hyn ymlaen hefyd.

End of day Procedure
Senior staffs have decided to amend the end of day procedure following the completion of a recent risk assessment. We would be grateful for your cooperation in implementing the new procedure and any feedback would also be appreciated. Please familiarise yourself with the following information.
The doors to the rooms will be closed and members of staff will supervise them during activities within our child staff ratios.
Staffs are keen to talk to all parents about the day’s activities but please bear in mind how busy staff are at the end of the day. Staffs have to remain within ratio in order to maintain a safe environment for the children. If at any time you would like to discuss your childs care, development or any issues with regards to the nursery please don’t hesitate to make an appointment with a member of staff.
A senior member of staff will be allocated to answer the door and manage the time.
Parents will be invited into the rooms to collect their children particularly if there are a number of other families out in the foyer.
As of this month we shall be piloting a new procedure with the coats and bags. Further information to be given.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
BEFORE 5pm The babies (6mth-2yr) are still upstairs, in the interest of hygiene and infection control we ask parents to remove their shoes before entering the Pink room upstairs. The staff are now also expected to wear slippers during the day.
